Service Description

Preparation and Demolition: Drain the existing pool and disconnect all utilities. Demolish the bottom of the pool structure by creating sufficient holes (at least one every 4 feet) to ensure proper water drainage/percolation. Demolish the top 2 feet of the pool's vertical walls. The existing pool deck is to be removed as necessary to accommodate grading and access. Backfilling: All suitable, broken concrete debris (from the pool structure and deck) shall be used as initial backfill material in the deep end, ensuring no large voids remain. The remainder of the cavity will be filled in compacted layers using common fill dirt and select fill. Each layer must be thoroughly compacted to prevent future settling. Finishing and Grading: The top layer (approximately the final 6 to10 inches) will consist of topsoil to support future landscaping. The entire area will be leveled and graded to ensure a positive slope, directing all surface water runoff away from the property's foundation
